Calendar

When will my order be shipped?

If your order is not fully in stock, it will be shipped as soon as all parts are available. Partial deliveries (additional costs may apply) can be arranged upon request — please just contact us.

 

Bags

I would like to modify, extend, or cancel my order

If you’d like to add items to your existing order, please place a new order in the shop and leave a note (e.g. “Add to my order (order number)”). Once we receive your new order, we’ll process it as requested, and any overpaid shipping costs will be automatically refunded. We’ll make sure both orders are shipped together.

 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and review our cancellation policy.

 

For address changes of orders not yet shipped, please contact us.

 

For address changes of already shipped orders, please use the redirection options provided in the tracking link. Alternatively, contact DHL / DPD / Emons directly (depending on the chosen shipping method).

 

Arrows

I would like to return my entire order or part of it

We offer a 30-day return period (from the delivery date). Within this time, you may return your order fully or partially. Please note that returns must be registered in advance — please contact us and wait for confirmation before sending anything back. Returned items must be as new (unused) and, if applicable, in their original packaging.

I would like to make a warranty claim

In contrast to a return or cancellation, warranty claims concern potential defects. Please refer to our terms and conditions. Defect claims should be well documented (photos/videos) and reported promptly. Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue. We will guide you through the process and, if necessary, arrange for a prompt replacement.

What if you don’t have the part I’m looking for?

Please contact us with details about the part you’re searching for. Our team will check whether we can add it to our range. Ideally, provide a manufacturer number and/or a link to a retailer offering the part (possibly in the USA). If we can’t add it to our catalog, you can use our import service.

Another dealer offers the item cheaper

If you find a part offered cheaper elsewhere, please contact us. We’ll be happy to provide you with a personalized offer. Please note: we only compare prices with European suppliers. Comparisons with U.S. suppliers cannot be made due to differing pricing conditions.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive the tracking link together with your invoice via email.

For address changes after dispatch, please use the carrier’s redirect service via your tracking link. Alternatively, contact DHL / DPD / Emons directly (depending on the shipping method).

 

In case of transport damage:
– Refuse delivery if the damage is obvious
– Have the carrier confirm the damage in writing
– Keep the outer and inner packaging
Take photos of the damage
– Hidden damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery

For the shipping method “DPD Paket Next Day”, delivery within Germany takes place on the next business day – provided your order is placed on a weekday before 12:00 noon and all items are in stock. Non-stock items cannot be expedited. Actual delivery times depend on the “delivery time (days)” shown on the product page.

 

Tax

Tax-free EU delivery

If you’d like to have your order shipped to another EU country and have a valid VAT ID, your account can be activated for tax-free purchases once we verify it. After registration, please contact us for activation. After activation, you can’t add new shipping addresses — for changes, please contact us. The billing address can still be changed freely.

Question

How do I use the website effectively?

To find the right items, we recommend using the vehicle selector. Your selection will be saved in the “My Garage” section, so you usually only need to choose once. This ensures only compatible products for your vehicle are displayed. Further details such as full product descriptions, special fitment notes, or available downloads (installation guides, type approval certificates, etc.) can be found on the respective product detail page.

 

Contract

TÜV Certificates, Material Certificates, E-Marks & More

TÜV certification is one of the most important topics when it comes to modifying vehicles. Here’s an overview of the key types of documentation:

E-mark → like original equipment, no registration required

EC approval → registration-free across the EU (except Switzerland)

Parts certificate → requires inspection and approval by TÜV. The inspector verifies the certificate and correct installation.

Material certificate → certifies material quality but still requires registration. Approval is possible but not guaranteed; consult a TÜV inspector beforehand.

You can check on each product page whether a part includes one of these certificates. Products with an ABE can also be installed directly — you must either carry the ABE document with you or have it registered.

Example: Suspension systems often come with a parts certificate. This confirms approval for specific vehicles but may include additional conditions. The TÜV inspector ensures correct installation and verifies all listed requirements. For coilovers, a permitted adjustment range is specified — lowering beyond this range invalidates road use.
